Vision & Mission

Vision

The Lord Jesus had a vision: to build his church. That when built, will attack the gates of Hades and the gates will not prevail against it

He has given us, the church He has built, also a vision: to build the corporate Christ or the body of Christ and not to build more churches.

Therefore, at BLI, we emphasise the importance of, and the difference between building the church and building the body. The former has been taken care of by Jesus, as He says Himself in Matthew 16:18, whereas the latter is what God expects us to take responsibility for (Eph. 4:12,16). We take this charge seriously and devote ourselves to serving the body to build up the Kingdom of God on Earth.

Due to the failure of the church to see the urgency of this business of the Lord, it has resulted in the building of more churches instead of the unitary body building. This situation led to the creation of the seven grounds of the churches (Rev. 2-3) – grounds which gave birth to un-kingdom doctrines such as sectarianisms, denominations and class systems.

As part of His great attempt to recover His church and to return us to the mandate of building the body, the Lord of the Church has strategically and geographically placed us in the UK and has mandated us at BLI to bring about the much-anticipated Great Awakening of the church in the UK, which will lead to the unity of the faith as expressed in Ephesians 4:13.

We believe this universal unity of the faith is achieved by the networking of leadership of the local churches irrespective of denominations, creeds or the grounds on which they are built – to humble ourselves under God’s light concerning the last four surviving grounds of the churches as revealed in Revelation 2:18-3:22.

Furthermore, we are sure this new light will trigger a move towards the unity of the faith by understanding the importance of Philadelphia as the only acceptable and central ground (the good ground Matt. 13:8) that truly satisfies the Lord Jesus for His church (Rev. 3:7-13).

Knowing this, we are burdened to emphasise the significance of attaining the Galatians 2:20 level – a state wherein self is truly crucified, and the latent power of the soul is mercilessly bound by the Holy Spirit, to facilitate walking in the spirit (Gal. 5:16 and Rom. 8:1-2) as a new kingdom normal lifestyle here on earth – a condition which is prerequisite to anticipating His speedy appearance.

Finally, knowing how urgent and serious this matter is, we stress on the need for the separation of spirit from soul (Hebrews 4:12) as a main key to abiding and walking in the spirit as the believer submits to the dealings of the Holy Spirit.

This will equip us to constantly be guided by the Holy Spirit to manifest the life of the corporate Christ, to build His body rather than to build churches which was never a mandate committed to God’s children.

As part of our long-term vision, we believe strongly in contributing to society and we have plans and projects to raise up producers rather than consumers. We recognise that education is the key to a nation’s future success and so through the projects, generations to come will not only receive adequate education but also advanced education with up-to-date facilities for research and development, vocational education inclusive. In order to give back to the UK and our local community as a whole, we aim to help people by recruiting students who dropped out or are at the verge of being permanently excluded from the UK’s mainstream schools and enrol them in our schools in Ghana. We hope to help transform them and build them up to becoming meaningful and productive adults in the community thus giving their lives and future a meaning.

The project comprises provision of the following educational facilities:

  • Beulah Land International Nursery and Primary Schools
  • Beulah Land International Secondary and Technical Colleges
  • Beulah Land International Vocational Training (Including women returners)
  • Beulah Land International polytechnic
  • Beulah Land International University

Modern Educational facilities with up-to-date laboratory equipment will be provided in all the schools and adequate means of transportation to and from school within the city will be provided. The educational facility will be provided in all the schools for the day to day running and also available not only for the community living within the city but also the neighbouring cities and West African countries. Adequate facilities will provide adult education for parents hoping to study from home. The adult educational facility will affiliate with the existing open universities in the country. A total estimated cost of $1.20 billion is required for the implementation of the education project over 20 years duration.

Presently, an ongoing School has been started in the London, UK. This social enterprise trades under the name Beulah Land International Educational Centre (BLIEC). BLIEC is now offering free supplementary educational help and mentoring support to the youth in the church and all the residents of Hammersmith and Fulham and other neighbouring boroughs.  Currently, our students include people from Primary School to University, from age 5-25 years. They receive help in any course/subject areas including English, Maths, Science, Forensic Science, Law, and any other subject as the need arises.

Our statement of faith

Beulah Land International are non-denominational brethren that have discerned the orthodoxy of the apostolic church, built on the grounds of Philadelphia.

We believe God is the only one Triune God – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matt 28:19). We believe that Jesus, the Son of God, was born of the virgin Mary and lived on the earth as a man to do the Father’s will and make God known to man (Lk. 4:18-19, Jn. 6:38). He accomplished our redemption through the shedding of blood by dying on the cross for our sins (Matt. 26:28, Eph. 1:7).

He was buried for three days, rose from the dead (Rom. 14:9), forty days later ascended into Heaven (1 Tim. 3:16), was exalted by the Father and given the Name above all names (Phil. 2:9).

We believe that after Jesus ascended, He poured out the Holy Spirit at Pentecost (Acts 2:1-4, 33) who is currently working to convict sinners (Jn. 16:8), to regenerate those who receive Jesus as their Lord by imparting divine life into them (Jn. 3:5-8, Titus 3:5-6), to dwell in believers for growth in life (Jn. 14:26), and to build up the Body of Christ for God’s will to be made manifest on earth (Eph. 2:22).

We believe we are part of the Body of Christ and are unique in our calling (1 Cor. 12:12-20). We believe in respecting, recognising and working with other parts of the body without criticising but strengthening if and when permitted (1 Cor. 12:21-28).

We believe in the uncompromising Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. As there will be many false prophets, ministers and churches in this end time, we do not associate with such. We are expected to expose such from the Word of God so as to educate the Body of Christ as we declare our association with the faithful (2 Tim. 3:1-5).

We believe in training and equipping the church through the ministry gifts to prepare God’s people for the work of ministry as every Christian is called into a ministry (Eph. 4:11-14). We believe in contributing to the social needs of our communities as a means of demonstrating God’s love (Lk. 10:25-37).

MISSION

Beulah Land International is a catalyst for awakening and revelation. Our focus is equipping the children of God with a love, hunger, knowledge and deep experience of the things of God. We are rooted and grounded in prayer and the Word and allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us along the narrow path. We aim to raise up Spirit-filled leaders to infiltrate the governmental sectors and fill vacuums in every social structure with the influence of the Kingdom according to the great commission the Lord Jesus left us with

Beulah Land International is an Apostolic church (Eph. 2:20; Acts 2:42-47) and we believe in devoting ourselves to the Apostolic teaching, to fellowship, to breaking of bread and to prayer. We believe in supporting our church and ministers with our giving (2 Cor. 8:1-5; 2 Cor. 9:6-14; Mal. 3:6-12). We believe in the power of prayer and fasting for God’s will to manifest (Matt. 9:38; Matt. 21:22; Jn. 14:12-14; Mk. 9:29).

We are part of God’s End Time Army with a mandate of territorial protection. We believe in submitting to and working with our spiritual authority and the government of our nations whilst we encourage our members to actively participate in politics and government without compromising their Christian faith or values (Rom. 13:1-7).
